Mid Week Flow
My midweek flow yoga class is designed to re-energize and restore balance in the middle of the week. This class features a dynamic sequence of yoga poses, flowing seamlessly with the breath. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, a midweek flow class provides a rejuvenating break, helping you navigate the week with increased vitality and a calm, centered mind.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a calm and meditative practice where we will hold gentle poses for a few minutes to promote relaxation. Using props like bolsters, the focus is on letting go and allowing gravity to do the work. This slow-paced yoga class targets connective tissues & I believe a real massage for the joints. It offers a peaceful and mindful break from the busyness of daily life.
Class is every second Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
